I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your participation in the Portugal retreat from October 5-11, 2024. To ensure transparency and fairness, I have established the following cancellation policy, which it is your responsibility to read and understand.

 

1. Hold deposits are non-refundable for any reason.

2. Hold deposits are transferable to another new attendee found and assigned by original attendee.

3. The full balance of the retreat is due 90 days before start date of the retreat unless otherwise noted.

4. Cancellation requests submitted after balance due date and between 90 to 61 days before retreat start date, will be refunded 45% of total amount paid to that point, minus the $500 hold deposit.

5. Within 60 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions.

6. Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

 

I understand no one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury, illness, war, pandemics, natural disasters, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. 

 

I recommend purchasing your own travel insurance, and specifically include trip cancellation insurance so your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.  

 

Kelly Harrington cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact Kelly as soon as possible via email or phone. Your request will be processed promptly and in accordance with the terms outlined above.

Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event I must cancel the Portugal retreat for any reason, all money paid to Kelly Harrington will be fully refunded. I will make every effort to provide advance notice in such cases.
